What We Offer

RJ Programme Consultancy

The trust has resolved to offer more substantial consultancy contracts to organizations or state agencies (e.g. probation services or the like) which wish to implement restorative processes, or to introduce restorative values, into their agency brief or organizational need..

The trust works alongside a manager or management team, assesses the stated corporate RJ need, designs a suitable programme, trains facilitators (and prepares trainers to continue education) for a contract period which we envisage as being from one to four months in duration. Shorter contracts related to the introduction of RJ values are possible.

Importantly, distance oversight and follow-up from us is provided by us, to bed in the programme or values, in the following 12 months.

We have concluded that our 15-year (in Helen’s case, 20-year) apprenticeship in assisting in the design and implementation of RJ programmes, and then our close observation of the evolution over time of such programmes, gives us unique insight into what is required to create an efficient, sustainable programme.

R.J Facilitation Training (including advanced training for trainers)

In addition, we offer training to aspiring RJ facilitators, and advanced training in RJ values and process for experienced facilitators and trainers already working in the field.

Our target market

Government agencies, corporates with workplace health and safety obligations, prisons and schools which require RJ programme design and/or training, and other restorative justice programmes worldwide which may benefit from tapping into our knowledge and experience of solving RJ programme problems.
